About me
Hi, I'm Tanya Joiner. I have been working in the disability field for over 20 years and many of those years has been providing specialist case management, particularly in the education field.
I have consistently seen people with disabilities excel when coached 1:1, and in particular when the support is customised to their unique abilities. Using the strengths-based approach, I am passionate about seeing people achieve the success they deserve.
My work is based solely on the goals of the participant, because so much more can be achieved when the person is rightfully in the driver's seat. My services are available in the Latrobe Valley and West Gippsland areas (Traralgon to Drouin).
